Return & Exchange Policy for Intimates

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on underwear, lingerie, or any intimate apparel unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

• No returns for change of mind, or preference.

• If you receive a defective or wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue.

• Approved returns must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.

• Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the buyer unless the product is confirmed defective.
