I ordered the shirt sleeve set but received the long sleeve set. Customer service wanted me to pay for the return shipping, then offered $5, then finally agreed to pay for entire shipping cost after complaining via email. They do not have a formal RMA process and do not have an RMA receipt to send with returns. Easier to just dispute charges with credit company if your receive the wrong item which apparently is normal for most purchases.
